More About Christina

Founder and photographer Christina Rankin has always had a passion for photography and philanthropy. Christina was raised in Miami, Florida but spent many of her summers playing in the creeks in Cape Girardeau, Missouri with family. Christina was gifted her first camera by her mother and uncle. It ignited a life long passion. Everywhere she went, so did her camera!

Christina has accumulated almost 2,000 hours in community service hours. While in high school she held a board position on the Miami Junior Opera Guild for 1 year and was also actively involved in the Girl Scouts of America. Christina achieved her Gold Award in 2012 for her work with the Ronald McDonald House. Today, she is actively involved in her community through her community sessions. A portion of Christina's photography profit goes towards providing irreplaceable portraits to families who wouldn't otherwise be able to receive photos -- with focus on pregnant mother's living below the poverty line and foster children. She is dedicated to bringing high quality photos to those who need it most!

After having her daughter in 2022 Christina re-discovered her love of photography. In 2024 she received her newborn photography training through Mom365. She has experience with babies from all walks of life, including NICU babies. Christina also lives with her own disabilities and strives to make her sessions inclusive to everyone. She has experience with photographing people with autism, and those who use medical devices. She doesn't believe these devices should be excluded from photos, unless specifically requested by her clients.

March 2024 Christina purchased a small studio and dedicated a part of her property to creating.photo memories. She knew she loved capturing photos and giving back to the community. The idea to become a community focused company bloomed slowly and finally came to fruition late 2024. Christina was able to give the community almost 4,000 free portraits before her move to Florida in August 2025.

After relocating to St. Augustine, Florida in 2025 Christina decided to rebuild Wildsy Productions. Her Florida studio opened in Summer 2026. With her new space came a new elevation to Christina's style. She now offers a unique boutique portrait experience. The new studio offers a curated designer closet, styled sets, and options for professional hair & make--up. Clients are also able to view fine art available for purchase from their session.

Christina offers a vibrant vintage boho style. She is able to put her clients at ease, and aims to make her sessions a fun and memorable experience.
